This policy explains how Brewski Designs ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects any information when you visit brewskidesigns.com.

1. Who I Am

Brewski Designs is a sole trader web design service based in the UK. You can contact me at ethan@brewskidesigns.com.

2. What Information I Collect

I only collect information you choose to send me directly — for example, when you email me about a project or purchase a package. This may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Details about your project or business

When you purchase a package, payment details (card number, billing address, etc.) are collected and processed entirely by Stripe. I never see, store, or handle your card information.

3. How I Use Your Information

Any information you send me is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together or you purchase a package, to deliver the service. I will never sell, share, or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payments

Payments on this site are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd., a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. When you click a "Get Started" button on the pricing page, you are taken to a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page.

Stripe collects and processes your payment information on my behalf. I receive only the following from Stripe:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Confirmation that payment has been made and for which package

I do not receive your card details, CVV, or full billing address. For more information on how Stripe handles your data, please see Stripe's privacy policy.

5. Cookies

This website uses one cookie:

• bd-theme — stores your light/dark mode preference so it persists between visits. This cookie contains no personal data and is never shared.

No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used on this site. Stripe's checkout page (hosted on their own domain) may set additional cookies necessary to process your payment securely; these are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts — serves the web fonts used on this site. Google may log your IP address when serving font files. See Google's privacy policy.
• Stripe — processes payments when you purchase a package. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• GitHub Pages — hosts this website. GitHub may log standard server information such as IP addresses. See GitHub's privacy statement.

7. Data Retention

Emails and project communications are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes of our conversation or any resulting project, after which they are deleted. Records of payments and invoices are retained for at least 6 years to comply with UK tax and accounting law (HMRC requirements).

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you. Please note that records I am legally required to retain (such as payment and invoice records for HMRC) cannot be deleted on request. 9. Refunds & Cancellations

Payments for website build packages cover bespoke design and development work. Once work has begun, full refunds may not be available as time and resources have already been committed to your project. If you have concerns about a project in progress, please email me directly and we will work to find a fair resolution.

I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
